Why do I love group coaching so much?

It brings like-minded women or a group of men together to talk about the way forward to achieve freedom from IBS or significant improvement in their condition. 

In the group coaching session I will work through mind maps and videos with you and give you more details about each step. After which each participant will be able to share each week what success they have experienced what challenges they might have had.

The group can give invaluable input to change and their own life experiences. I will also be coaching participants during the session.

The group coachings offer accountability, friendship, shared life experiences and another perspective on life. The feeling that you are no longer alone. To be part of the group coaching you need to make a commitment to yourself to show up, participate, do the preparation and commit to change also the belief and willingness  in yourself that you can change.

After you have finished this program you will have created a Vision of your life without IBS. You will then have your own steps to follow to achieve this outcome. This will be through stress and anxiety management, some dietary changes will be suggested and possible testing with your medical professional (SIBO). It is up to you to continue the change in your life. Depending on the group size each session will be from 1-1 ½ hours. The time will be AEST.
